However, from what she _says_, she is _not_ speaking as Clarissa. She says that she is used to doing explaining when she plays Clarissa, and gives a talk about fame before they announce the new inductee into the Kids' Choice Hall of Fame. [...]

The awards ran over their alloted one hour by about ten minutes, I believe. They said that it would be rerun tomorrow morning after Ren & Stimpy, I think at 11:30/10:30 central.

In addition to Ms. Hart's speech, there was also a crate or two saying "CLARISSA EXPLAINS IT ALL" at the awards show.
