  Melissa took part in Nickelodeon's ``Big Help-A-Thon''. (I don't yet know where or at what time this took place.)

• Sun, 01 Oct 1995, 12-8pm ET

  Melissa was on hand again for Nickelodeon's ``Big Help-A-Thon''. She hosted an hour of the live TV show (1-2pm ET) and, I assume, did other things as well -- which is why I also list this as a personal appearance, not just a TV appearance. (I need to check where this took place.)

  Melissa took part in Nickelodeon's 1996 ``Big Help-A-Thon'' festivities. She appeared on-camera in three live spots.

• Sat, 19 Oct 1996, 5:30pm-12mid PT, Disneyland

  Melissa was taping segments for ABC's Halloween Jam V, which aired on 26 Oct 1996.

• Thu, 31 Oct 1996, 7pm PT, Long Beach Arena, Los Angeles, CA

  Apparently, Melissa was on hand for a Halloween costume contest at the ``Halloween Party with the Ice Dogs'' (hockey game with the Houston Aeros).

• Fri, 01 Nov 1996, 7pm PT, San Francisco

  Melissa participated in an American Red Cross Fundraiser / Wheel of Fortune charity game. Wheel of Fortune aired two weeks of shows from San Fransisco beginning on Mon, Nov 11th, but Melissa's game was part of a special shown only in the San Fransisco area on Sat, 09 Nov 1996 at 7pm PT. :-(

  Melissa attended the premiere of the movie Space Jam at Mann's Chinese Theater. (Arrivals began at 2pm PT; the screening started at 3pm.)

  Melissa attended the premiere of the movie Star Trek: First Contact.

• Thu, 12 Dec 1996, 6:30pm PT, Los Angeles, CA

  Melissa attended premiere of the movie Mars Attacks! at Mann's Chinese Theater. (Arrivals began at 6:30pm PT; the screening started at 7:30pm.)

• Wed, 05 Feb 1997, 6:30pm PT, Universal City, CA

  Melissa was supposedly in attendance at the premiere of the movie Dante's Peak at the Universal Amphitheatre. (Celebrity arrivals began at 6:30pm; screening began at 7:30pm.)

• mid-Mar 1997, Universal City, CA

  Melissa attended the premiere of the movie Liar Liar at the Universal Amphitheater. (Does anyone know what day this happened?)

• 14-27 Apr 1997, New York City

  Melissa may have participated in this year's Hollywood for Children film festival, held Apr 14-27 at the Sony Imax Theatre Complex at Broadway and 68th Street in New York City. The guy I talked to at HFC said she was held up early in the festival by other commtiments, but that she should be coming in for the last two days ``for the fashion show''. I haven't gotten confirmation on this now that it's over, though. The number for Hollywood For Children is 1-800-KIDS-818.

  Melissa was in attendance at the premiere of the movie Good Burger.

• Sat, 09 Aug 1997, North Hollywood, CA

  Melissa and all of her siblings were at a premiere screening of the movie The Right Connections on this day at the Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre. They were joined by other stars of the movie, members of the Big Sisters of Los Angeles, and producer Paula Hart. The screening began at 10am; a reception followed at 11:45am.

  Melissa was in attendance at the premiere of Excess Baggage. Exact location unknown at the moment.

• Sun, 14 Sep 1997, 7:30pm PT, Pasadena, CA

  According to a BusinessWire article, Melissa was scheduled to attend Entertainment Tonight's ``second annual invitation-only post-Emmy party'' at the Twin Palms Restaurant in Pasadena, CA. Arrivals began at 7:30pm. Live party coverage was available on the Internet at ET Online.

  According to a 07 Oct 1997 BusinessWire article:

  According to a 28 Oct 1997 BusinessWire article, Melissa was scheduled to attend the premiere of the movie Starship Troopers at the Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, with a party immediately following at the Museum of Flying at the Santa Monica Airport.

  Melissa attended the premiere of the movie Scream 2 at Mann's Chinese Theater. Charles Schultz said:

  [...] E! Online had a webcast of the Scream 2 Premiere. In addition to quick interviews with most of the cast, they also talked briefly with a few other random celebrities. There wasn't any way to record the video stream, but I taped most of her "interview". The sound quality isn't the greatest, but the 30 second mp3 is at http://wed.simplenet.com/xcal/ (it's at the bottom).
